This first section of the DMS report consists of a short summary. It briefs the DMS serial number, Battery specifications and the E-Rickshaw specifications. This summary provides a brief description on the uniformity of the batteries during the usage in a 48V system of a E-Rickshaw.
DMS Reporting – E-Rickshaw Battery Health Check
The next section provides the analysis of the charging done over the cycles. It will list the charging characteristics like the total number of cycles, the number units (maximum and average) used for the charging, the peak current during the charging and the charging duration. All of this information help to analyze the charging on the PowerBatteries.
Using the Charging characteristics a graph is constructed that shows the amount of energy consumed in every cycle and provides a average charging duration and the average charging current under which the battery bank is charged.
The driving characteristics provides an analysis on the umber of cycles, peak current drawn by the controller, the total kilometer run by the E-Rickshaw and the Average kilometers run by the E-Rickshaw per cycle.
This section of the DMS report shows whether the batteries are being operated in the safe zone or not. In the safe zone the batteries are not charged beyond 60V. This section gives an analysis of the batteries on how many cycles are in the safe zone, marginally in the safe zone and out of the safe zone.
This section of the DMS report shows whether the batteries are being operated in the performance zone or not. In the performance zone, to maintain the efficiency of the batteries they are maintained at a voltage above 47V. This section gives an analysis of the batteries on how many cycles are in the performance zone, marginally in the performance zone and out of the performance zone.
