Kannankote Srikanth

 Srikanth is a globally renowned leader in the IT Industry. In his career that spans over two decades, Srikanth has held executive positions for transnational corporations such as Sasken, Motorola, Nortel, Compaq Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has served as Nortel’s President of Global Professional Services. Srikanth was also Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Network Services and Applications Management for Motorola Networks and was responsible for driving the services business globally. He was also President and COO of Sasken.

Srikanth has earned many accolades in his career. In 1995, Computerworld rated him as heading the #1 systems integration organization of Digital Equipment Corporation in the United States. Under his leadership, industry analysts such as IDC and Gartner rated Compaq’s Professional Services Organization in the top 5. He transformed Nortel Networks’ Global Professional Services organization into the top 10, as rated by IDC.


Dr. Kannankote Govindaraj

Govind, after graduating from State University of New York at Buffalo with a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, joined Calspan in 1977 as a flight control engineer. His experience at Calspan included flight.

control design, in-flight simulation, modeling and software development, and analysis. He was a program manager for many programs, including analysis and in-flight simulation test programs.

In 2005 he became the Vice President Technical Operations of the company. His responsibilities included overseeing both the aeronautics and the automotive testing groups. He was responsible for all the technical programs. These included analysis, system development and testing in both aeronautics and automotive areas.

He became the Chief Technology Officer of the Company in 2009 and was responsible for development of new technology for the company. In all his positions he also was involved in business development and did extensive customer interface to identify new technical and program requirements and position the company for responding to the new programs.

In 2012, he left Calspan to Start Mesha, Inc.

Dr. Sridhar Parthasarathi

Chief Scientist Battery Technology 

Dr Sridhar Parthasarathi, Chief Scientist, M/s Mesha Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has more than three decades of experience in Electrochemical Energy Generation and Storage.

He has been working with M/s Mesha Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India since August 2014. Previously, he was working at Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

He set up the facility for Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) at CECRI Chennai Unit. He was involved in the development of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane based fuel cell materials, cell, stack and system in various projects funded by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Govt. of India including private companies.

At Mesha, he is responsible for making the process of manufacturing Hybrid Ultra Capacitors (HUCs) based on the laboratory know-how developed and licensed by Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to make it commercial.

This required pruning of the unit operations, identification of indigenously available materials including activated carbon; the main component required in HUCs. Based on the knowledge acquired in the testing and evaluation of HUCs, he worked closely with the battery manufacturers to incorporate the salient features offered by the capacitive nature of the HUC in the regular battery that is in production without any modification to evolve the power battery.

He has guided students for their Ph.D. and M.S. degrees. He has more than 100 publications besides patents; majority of them in Polymer Electrolyte Membrane based fuel cells.

He is a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry besides member of American Chemical Society, USA, The Electrochemical Society, USA, International Society of Electrochemistry & American Association for Advancement of Science.

Formerly, he has worked as the CEO of Tata Autocomp GY Batteries Ltd. and also has led the battery Business of Uno Minda Group as the President and Whole Time Director. He has been also part of reputed organizations like Tata Motors, Cummins India and Mahindra & Mahindra wherein he has taken various roles in manufacturing, supply chain management and Sales & Marketing. A result-oriented professional with more than 32 years of experience in New Business Development, New Product Launches, Process Enhancement, Strategic Planning and so on. He is highly skilled at swiftly ramping up projects, with cross functional skills and special delivery mechanism, conceptualizing growth initiatives, creating innovative product concepts and pioneering entry into new challenging territories. He has been recognized by the management for many innovative concepts, strategic approach, marketing skills and industry benchmarking over the years across the illustrious career path. Specializes in building partnerships with partner organizations and enables them to grow their business. Has been associated with Mesha Energy Solutions since its inception and has worked in various capacities across operations, testing & validation, sales & marketing.  Has worked on taking two technology products to market (from concept to context). In the process has worked across functions to help commercialize the product. Currently managing partnerships at Mesha Energy solutions and is part of the product management team responsible for defining different products and taking it to the market. Has completed EGMP from IIM Bangalore and amongst other things, part of Startup Leadership Program (working with upcoming startup ventures across the country).
